i have used this headset for over 4 years and love it. The wires have become loose and frayed from years of use and the duct tape just isn t working any longer. Received 2 wireless headsets for christmas and though the sound is awesome the microphone being on the earpiece creates too much background noise on the telephone. I also don t like having to charge the headset from the house. no car adaptor. with this headset it is always ready to use and there is no noticeable background noise on the phone calls.
